She was predeceased by: her parents, Giovanni DiMucci and Maria DiMucci (Angelini); her husband Leslie Cook; her siblings, Kay, Rosie, Margie, Jerry and Pete; and her pets, Daisy and Maggie.
She is survived by: her children, Karen Janhsen (Karl) of Port Jefferson, NY, Leslie Cook Jr. of Robbinston, Margaret Ross (David) of Calais and Suzanne Tartaglia (Tom) of Smithtown, NY; her grandchildren, Henry, Brendan, John Janhsen, John Homan, James Lursen (Molly), Scott Lursen (Kaylee), Michael Lursen (Kayla), Olivia and Jack Tartaglia; her great grandchildren, Braun Lursen, Mia Lynn Lursen and Keighan Russell; and her sister Santa Anzalone of Massapequa Park, NY. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
