He is survived by: his friend Bill W; his wife Joyce Cookson; his children, Kevin Cookson, Mary Bickford (Shawn Bickford) and Melissa Collamore; his grandchildren, Hannah Turgeon (John Turgeon II), Hilary Bickford, Hattie Bickford (Howard Hatchell), Molly Tracy (Cody Tracy), Christopher Collamore and Matthew Cookson; and his great grandchildren, Cayden Moody, Jace Goucher, John Turgeon III and Zade Turgeon. He is also survived by children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
