He is survived by: his spouse Shirley Warren; his sisters, Dale Jack, Cheryl Smith and Mary DeoJay; his children, Peter Smith (Jule), Nathan Smith (Robin) and Bethany Hooper (Randy); and his grandchildren, Levi, Isaiah Hooper, Nicholas, Madison Smith, Noah and Aaron Smith.
