McGill; his sister Barbara Dillard of Lebanon, TN; his former wife Barbara Jean Kenyon; his children, Susan Kate Bradley, Vernon Alfred Bartz, Jr., Judith Lynn Hiney and Daniel Lee Bartz; and his wife Renate. He was also cherished by his 8 children, Vernon is survived by 20 grandchildren and 31 great-grandchildren.
