It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ruth M. Lewis of Brunswick, Maine, who passed away on November 12, 2023, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard G. Lewis; her sister Shirley Clifton; her parent Ethel M. Clifton (Hillman); and her siblings-in-law, Peter Wilkinson and Jane D. Lewis.
She is survived by: her children, Gene M. Lewis of Lisbon, Lisa A. Lewis of Pittson and Michelle J. L. (Michael) of Phippsburg; her grandchildren, Kristen M. Barter of Woolwich, Brad Merrill (Sara) of Lisbon Falls and Michael G. L. Coffin of Bath; her grandson-in-law R. Scott Barter; her great grandchildren, Scarlett K. Barter and Axel J. Barter of Boothbay; her siblings, Johnny Clifton, Janet Westhead (Ron), Christine Hill, Denise Farnell (Joe) and June Pereria (Kim); her brother-in-law Robert T. Lewis; and her nephew Gary of Nanjemoy, Maryland.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
