He was predeceased by: his parents, James Libby and Arlene Brown Libby; and his brother Malcom Libby. He is survived by: his daughters, Corri and Chrissy; his grandchildren, Halev and Dominic; his nephew John; his friend Mark Karris; his grandchildren, Haley Dyer of Berwick, Hunter Melton of Virginia Beach and Dominick Black of Campbell, Ohio.; and his siblings, Robert Libby, Maynard Libby (Joyce), Kenneth Libby, Stephen Libby, Brian Libby, Brenda Heath, Patricia DeWitt, Pamela Lussier, Sherry DeBiasio (Ernie) and Theresa Soucie. He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, brothers.
