Lewis of Lisbon, Lisa A. Lewis of Pittston and Michelle Howe (Michael) of Phippsburg; his brother Robert T. Lewis; his wife Jane; his son Gary of Maryland; and his grandchildren, Kristen M. Barter, Michael G. and Coffin. He is also survived by many sisters-in-laws and brothers-in-laws, nieces and nephews.
