He is survived by: his wife Marthe; his children, Richard Dowling (Peggy) of Midlothian, VA., Daniel Dowling (Linda) of Brunswick, Diane Comeau (David) of Brunswick, Timothy Dowling (Marylynne) of Huntsville and Matthew Dowling (Judy) of Douglas, MA; his grandchildren, Keara Dowling of Sandy Springs, GA, Sarah Kim (Sam) of Fort Hood, TX, Katelyn Lawson (Larry) of Auburn, AL, Zachary Dowling of Auburn, AL, Jennifer Comeau of Brunswick, Colleen Comeau of Brunswick, Elizabeth Dowling of Douglas, MA and Rebecca Dowling of Douglas, MA; and his great grandchildren, Lily and Logan. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
