He is survived by: his wife Sandra Evelyn Desmond Bouchard; his sons, Paul Bouchard (Katrina) of Bath, Patrick Bouchard of Portland and Joseph Bouchard (Carolyn) of Peekskill; and his grandchildren, Molly Meadows, Joseph Bouchard, Edward Bouchard and Martin Bouchard.
