He is survived by: his daughters, Terry Tobey and Julieann Tobey Barrows; the mother of his children Joyce Hubbard Tobey; his granddaughters, Stephanie Arnold (Robert) and Ashley Bianconi (Andrew); his brother-in-law Paul Roy; his niece Jennifer McDonough; his great-niece Heather Brown; and also Scott Barrows.
