He was predeceased by: his parents, Doran Whynot and Helen Whynot (Hinckley). He is survived by: his children, Eileen, Janet (Bruce), Thomas (Lisa) and Phil (Tammy); and his grandchildren, Darcie, Jared (Tia), Stacy (Greg), Christina (Byron), Colby (Alysia) and Jill (Logan). He is also survived by eight great grandchildren.
