She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Wallace and Gladys Wallace. She is survived by: her children, Chris Picard, Shirley Picard Emmons and Sandra Picard Hamel; and her siblings, Beatrice Moody and Lloyd Wallace. She is also survived by 4 grandkids, 4 great grandkids.
