He was predeceased by: his father John J. Canonico; his sister Kelly Bassett; and his cousin Robin Johansen. He is survived by: his mother Pamala R. Bassett of West Bath; his stepfather Frederick Doten of West Bath; his children, Joshua A. Canonico, John Leonard of Connecticut, Izzy Dunlap of Augusta and Kendra Canonico of Nevada; and his sister Michelle White of Brunswick. He is also survived by two grandchildren, several aunts and uncles, and many nieces and nephews.
