She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, William Brown and Pearl Brown (Blodgett); her siblings, Mary Skillings (Brown), Jack Brown of Pittston, ME and William Brown (Bill) of Port Orange, FL; her children, Teresa L. Moore (Baise) of Bath, Christopher S. Baise and Colette N. Pushard (George); her pet Eugene Baise, Jr.; her grandchildren, Natasha Baise, Breanna Baise, John Adam Pushard (Becky), Barry Moore, Jr. and Arron Pushard (Lindsay); her great grandchildren, Addison, Mya, Wade and Jordyn; and also Dawn Baise of Wiscasset, ME.. She was also cherished by her children and family.

Due to the COVID pandemic, Hazel's family will hold a private family memorial service in the Spring in Dresden, Maine.
