He was predeceased by: his parents, Odilas Menard and Yvonne Menard; his wife Valencia Pinette Menard; his brothers, George Menard and Gilbert Menard; and his sons-in-law, Lee Caesar and William Perry.

He is survived by: his children, George, Gilbert, Georgette, Gloria and Lucie Lee; his grandchildren, Matthew, Adam, Maegan, Mary, Emily and Andrew; his great grandchildren, Lola, Gavin and Jude; his sisters, Georgette Moffet and Gloria Fraser; and his children, Elaine Perry, Lee Caesar and Gregory Menard. He is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews, and in-laws.

Due to Covid restrictions, only the burial will be open to the public.
