He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Denis Tuttle and Anne Tuttle (Blackstone) of Topsam; his sister Melissa Tuttle of Brunswick, Maine.; his wife Akka Tuttle (Smith) of Brunswick; his children, Amanda Tuttle of Mechanicville, Justin Tuttle of Delmar, Connor Tuttle of Brunswick and Brooke Tuttle of Brunswick; his grandchildren, Owen and Grace Seebald; and his siblings-in-law, Melissa Newell of Pittstown and Mike Smith of Latham. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
