Brent Alan Hannigan Obituary
Brunswick- Brent A. Hannigan age 39 of Long St. died Monday July 14th at Parkview Adventist Medical Center.
He was born in Houlton, October 11, 1968 the son of Wayne and Marilyn Warman Hannigan and attended Houlton schools. In 2001 Brent moved to Brunswick.
On April 26, 2002 he married Deborah Boivin.
Brent worked as a parts specialist for Brunswick Home and Garden, Don’s Turf Depot, VIP in Brunswick/Bath and most recently at Car Quest in Bath.
Brent was extremely proud of his sons and was an important part of their lives.
He enjoyed baseball and softball playing in his youth and later in men’s leagues. An avid sports fan, Brent enjoyed the Red Sox, Patriots and NASCAR with Dale Earnhardt Sr. & Jr. among his favorites. Brent also loved Blue Grass music and a lifetime of experiencing Blue Grass Festivals.
Brent enjoyed hunting particularly bow hunting.
Surviving besides his wife of Brunswick and mother of Ludlow are two sons Nicholas Dennison of Brunswick and Jacob Hannigan of Ludlow. Three brothers Mike Hannigan and his wife Debbie of Greene, Gary Hannigan of Ludlow and his twin brother Brian Hannigan and his wife Nicci of Laconia, NH. Two sisters Colleen London and her husband Doug of Houlton and Lori Smith of Bradley. He is loved by his many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his father he was also predeceased by a sister-in-law Peggy Hannigan and a brother-in-law Bill Smith.
A visiting hour will be held from 10-11 AM Saturday at Stetson’s Funeral Home 12 Federal St. Brunswick. A funeral service will follow at 11 AM Saturday at the funeral home. Interment will be at St. John’s Cemetery in Brunswick.
