He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur W. Bernier and Candide L. Bernier (Desrosier); and his brother-in-law James Formaggioni. He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Bernier (Lizak); his children, Arthur W. Bernier III of Warren and Cynthia L. Laflamme of Brookfield; his granddaughters, Sarah A. Laflamme and Madison R. Laflamme; his siblings, Anne Marie Theberge of Easthampton and Ronald E. Bernier (Jean) of Chicopee; and his sister-in-law Sophie Formaggioni of Agawam. He is also survived by niece and four nephews; and his many extended family members and friends.
His family requests that memorial donations be made in his memory to Alzheimer's Association, 309 Waverley Oaks Road, Waltham, MA 02452.
