With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Farr (Brooksville, Maine), born in Quincy, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 22, 2018 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her brother Robert Clifton Hooper. She is survived by: her parents, Clifton Hooper and Helen Hooper (Gillick); her husband Philip Farr of Brooksville; her children, Shawn Duffy (Michelle) of Brooksville and Kelly Sommer (Lee) of Orland; her grandchildren, Moriah Duffy, Sierra Duffy, Carla Savage of Maine, Ashley Kocourek and Ryan Kocourek of Florida; her great grandchildren, Korbin, Taylor, Lura of Florida, Nira, Aiden and Austin of Maine; her sister Pam Tobey; her brothers-in-law, Steve of Sedgwick and James Farr of Eliot; her nephews, Todd Tobey and Mathew Tobey of Castine; and also Janet Williams of Sedgwick. She is also survived by many other close friends and relatives.
In lieu of flowers, Giving Hands will accept donations which will be sent to the EMHS Foundation for EMMC Pediatric Oncology in Pat's memory.
