He was predeceased by: his parents, Verna Fowles (Spear) and Virgil Fowles Sr.. He is survived by: his siblings, Bruce and Brooks Fowles; his son Sean (Hillary) of Saco; his grandson Dillon Fowles of Lyman; and his stepgrandson Griffin Brumer of Foxborough, MA. He is also survived by numerous cousins, nieces and nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Waldo County YMCA in Virgil's name.
