He was predeceased by: his father Jerry; his stepfather Roger; and his brothers, Thomas and Christopher. He is survived by: his wife Teresa Hart (Reeves); his daughters, Jennifer Hart-Yim (Ramy) and Katie Hart (Tom); his grandchildren, Parker, Baylor, McCall and Annie; and his sisters, Leslie and Elizabeth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
