He is survived by: his wife Jeannette Billings of Norway; his children, Scott Roakes (Bobbi) of Sebago, Carol Kline (Earl) of Windham and Elaine Chaplin (Clint) of Bridgton; his grandchildren, Timothy Kline (Margie), Zachary Roakes, Travis Kline (Megan), Trevor Chaplin (Brittany), Tiffany Brown (Austin), Kaitlyn Roakes (Cody Vickers), Ben Roakes (Nicole Mercier) and Garrett Roakes; and his sisters, Dorothy Smith (Roakes) of Oxford and Shirley Roakes of Lewiston. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren.
