She is survived by: her sons, Lawrence Boothby (Denise), Michael Boothby (Kim) and James Boothby (Eileen); her sister Roberta Applebee (Roy); her granddaughters, Angela Michaud (Travis), Jennifer Lavin (James) and Samantha Lee (James); her great grandchildren, Tyler, Reid Michaud, Brianna and Ella Lavin; and her nieces and nephews, Judy Schnell, Jan Puritan, David Boothby, Robert Boothby, Richard Applebee, Robert Applebee and Roy Applebee.
