He was predeceased by: his brother Michael. He is survived by: his mother Joan Tremble (Eslin); his wife Janine; his son Seth (Blythe); his grandchildren, Tory and Adelaide; his children, Taylor and Kaileigh (Jeremy); his grandchildren, Lila and Logan; his brothers, David (Donna), Tom (Kim) and Dan (Molly); his sister-in-law Elaine; his father Glen; and his mother-in-law Lorraine. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
