He is survived by: his former wife Pamela D. Maples; his wife Pam; his son Richard; his grandchildren, Marc, Brody, Landon and Brooke; and his siblings, Tommy (Earline), Bobby (Patty), Nettie (Bill) and Caroline (Shawn).
