She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Bouchard and Phyllis Bouchard; and her siblings, Annette Galen, Joseph, Thomas and Ronald Bouchard.
She is survived by: her husband Martin T. Cushing, Sr.; her children, Martin T. Cushing, Jr. (Tammy Clark) of Baileyville and Lenise Dean (Dustin) of Glenburn; her granddaughters, Victoria Cushing of Bangor and Lauren Dean of Glenburn; her brother William Bouchard (Paula) of Eastport; and her aunt Alice Mason of East Machias. She is also survived by many cousins, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, nieces, and nephews.
