He is survived by: his children, Richard James Harvey of Sebastian and Seana Elizabeth Harvey of Sebastian; and his siblings, Patrick of New Hampshire, Ellen Flynn of Alabama, Ruth McGrath of Massachusetts, John Harvey of Mt. Chase, Jane Jones of Orono and Joanne Harvey of Brewer. He is also survived by Several nieces, nephews and cousins.
