We are sad to announce that on September 12, 2020, at the age of 61, Carolyn Sandra Blake of Brewer, Maine, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bruce Blake and Margaret Blake (Stebbins); her partner Carolyn Campbell; her siblings, William Blake (Valerie) of Xenia, OH, Nancy Blake of Windham and Jennifer Lafleur (Norm) of Stratham, NH; and her stepchildren, Lee Kitchen of Boynton Beach, FL, Kerry Davis of Verona and Ann Harmon of Wiscasset. She was also cherished by grandchildren, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and many dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, contributions in Carolyn's memory may be made to American Cancer Society or Northern Light Home Care & Hospice.
