She was predeceased by: her parents, Col. John C. Foster and Fern Foster (Dwelly); her siblings, Fern Williamslibby (Richard) and John C. Foster, Jr.; and her nephews, Paul A. Dyer (Tammy) and Andrew B. Williams (Andy).
She is survived by: her caregivers, Debra Booker, Cristy Bourget and Brittney Whitney; her sister Ethel Dyer (John); her nephews, Bruce R. Williams (Vianka) and David J. Dyer; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Brandon Williams (Melissa), Gregory Williams, Caitlyn Dyer (Justin) and Taylor Dyer (Ryan); her cousins, Becky, Judy, Jimmy and Debbie; her pet Smarty Pants; and also, Madeline and Beckett.
