He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert H Rowell and Bea Rowell (Mutch); his siblings, Fern Rowell, Marylee Michaud, Donna Emerson and Wayne Rowell (Jackie); his brother-in-law Richard Allen; and his friends, Leroy Hutchings, Roland Rose, Arthur Curtis, Dean Harris and David Brissett.
He is survived by: his mother-in-law Minnie Johnston; his daughters, Pamela and Rhonda (Jack Warren); his wife Minnie; his children, Pam (Wayne) and Robert Rowell Jr.; his grandchildren, Dr. Jennifer Sprague (Russ) and Andrew Robichaud (Devyn); his great grandchildren, Samantha Warren, Jacob Warren and Greyson Sprague; his sisters, Marie Allen, Beth Hutchings and Cal Johnston; and also, Scott, Linda Warren, Ed and Heidi Gosselin. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
