He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Hanson and Ruth Hanson (Pratt); his sister Bettina Byras (Hanson); and his aunt Thelma Pratt. He is survived by: his brother Bruce; his sister-in-law Melody Hanson; and his nieces and nephews, Jennifer Hanson, Matthew Hanson, Thomas Skolfied Jr., Gina Begley (Skolfield), Andrew Skolfied and Dennis Byras.
