He was predeceased by: his parents, Alton Curtis and Irene Curtis; and his siblings, Beverly Greer, Carolyn Kincaid and Robert Curtis.
He is survived by: his wife Charlee Curtis; his children, Deborah Hart (Jonathan) and Dana Curtis; his grandchildren, Joseph and Emily Hart; and his stepchildren, Sara Thompson (John), Anita Burdzel (Norman) and Richard Caverly (Beverly Donovan). He is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews.
