It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard R. Blouin in Boothbay, Maine, born in Berlin, New Hampshire, who passed away on September 16, 2023, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Romeo Blouin and Rachel Blouin (Jacques); and his grandmother Mary Goulette. He is survived by: his wife Cheri; his stepson Steven Alexander (Danielle); his grandchildren, Matthew Reed of Boothbay and Marlena Alexander of Boothbay; and his siblings, Jeanne Rouleau, Yvette Viger (Jerry), Anita Johnson (Bob), Leo Blouin (Elaine), Roland Blouin, Louise Jutras and Linda Lavoie.
