He was predeceased by: his father Philip R. Owen; and his sister Susan Harrington. He is survived by: his significant other Kelley; his close friend Kelley Dennison of Etna; his children, Hailey Owen of Etna and Aron Owen of Etna; his mother Judy Owen of Boothbay; and his brother Philip R. Owen Jr. of Boothbay As. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and aunts.
