She is survived by: her former husband Alfred Benjamin Holt; her children, Karina, Sandra, Alfredo and Lorenza; and her husband William O'Bryne (Bill). She is also survived by her three daughters, son, three sons-in-law, five grandchildren, and three great-grandchildren.
She founded a sewing and embroidery skill program for orphaned girls at El Insitituto Cabañas in Guadalajara, to give them a vocational foundation from which they could secure dignified employment later in life.
