He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Green and Virginia Gamage; and his sister Sally Hilton (Green). He is survived by: his wife Sue McLeod of Southport, ME; his children, Debbie Green (Vivek Mohindra) of New Canaan, CT, Adam Green (Olga) of South Portland, ME and Paul Green of Lewiston, ME; his grandchildren, Paige Green of Weymouth, MA., Sophie, Anya and Kieran Mohindra-Green of New Canaan, CT.; and his stepdaughters, Samantha Saake (Garrett) of Greensboro, NC and Toni MacReynolds of Greensboro, NC..
