He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester A. Palmer and Georgiana Provost Palmer; his wife Priscilla Ledoux Palmer; and his daughter Brenda Palmer Goodridge. He is survived by: his sons, Wayne (Cheryl) and Brian (Hali Couture); his grandchildren, James (Meghan Palmer), Evan Chamberlain (Justine Giroux), Samantha (Josh Hudak) and Sabrina Seargent; his great grandchild Ava Palmer; and his siblings-in-law, Norman Ledeaux (Nancy), Elaine (Joe Kotarski) and Marie Palmer. He is also survived by the several nieces and nephews.
