She was predeceased by: her parents, Violet Gagne and Paul Sr. Gagne; her sister Dot; her brother-in-law Don Vachon; her sister Elaine Ruel; her brothers-in-law, Dick Cyr and Paul Dube; and her siblings, Pat Thibodeau (Ralph) and Paul Gagne Jr. (Brenda).
She is survived by: her husband Richard Ruel; her sister Connie (Paul); her children, Keith Ruel, Scott Ruel (Leah) and Melissa Martel (Jim); her siblings-in-law, Serge Ruel, Claire Dube and Jeanne Cyr; and her grandchildren, Katelyn Martel, Cody Martel and Devan Ruel.
