He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Rowe and Geraldine Rowe (Doyle); and his brother Stanley E. Rowe Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Judith Rowe; his sons, Stephen Rowe Jr. (Stephanie), Shawn Rowe and Scott Rowe (Sarah Weeks); his grandchildren, Madison, Brooke and Macie; his siblings, Stacey Rowe Sr., Linda Paquin, Sandra Kimball and Wendy Welch; and his stepsisters, Mary Rowe and Melissa Verrill. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
