Soteria Mantis Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Soteria Mantis (Biddeford, Maine), who passed away on August 18, 2019 at the age of 88. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Throumoulos and Marika Throumoulos (Ifantides); her former husband Peter; her siblings, Paul Truman (Kiki), James Truman and Stella Taliento (Albert); and her brother-in-law Arthur Danas.
She is survived by: her daughter Valerie Mantis (Jay O'Donnell) of Dorchester, MA; her siblings, Plato Truman and Alice Danas of Lowell, MA; her sisters-in-law, Betty Spiliopoulos and Helen Truman Her; her goddaughter Alison Truman Her; and her stepson Steve Mantis Many. She is also survived by Many cousins, nieces and nephews.
