She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Norman Lowell and Dorothy Lowell (Hatt); her husband Norman Gagnon; her close friend Dave Russell; her son Timothy Westleigh (Jennifer); her grandchildren, Rachel, Nathan and Jonathan; and her stepgrandson Isaih. She was also cherished by several other step great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
