She was predeceased by: her parents, John Johnstone and Ida Johnstone (Lockwood); and her siblings, Thelma Robbins, Bertha Garland, Earl Johnstone, Avis Johnstone, Effie Gilpatrick, Russell Johnstone, Lois Fluet, Shirley Letourneau, Lucien Johnstone, Nancy Hobbs and Joyce Johnstone. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews.
