He was predeceased by: his parents, George Cantara and Juliette Cantara (Vallee); and his brothers, Raymond, Paul and Donald Cantara.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Cantara (Goudreau); his daughters, Lori Stanley (Tom), Lisa Hall of Portland, Michelle Donovan (Cory) of Enfield and Erica Cantara; his grandchildren, James, Thomas, Kayla, Robert, Brittany, Camryn and Olivia; and his brothers, Norman (Elizabeth) and Marc (Lynn). He is also survived by 8 great-grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
