He was predeceased by: his parents, Lorraine Cartier and Robert Cartier; his granddaughter Grace Cathrin Cartier; and his brother Paul R. Cartier. He is survived by: his wife Mary K. Cartier; his children, Deborah A. Grover (Marc), Susan M. Cartier (David W. Harmon) and Randal W. Cartier (Aimee); his grandchildren, Erin A. Wilson (Stew), Matthew J. Scott (Kaitlyn), Eric A. Grover, Sara B. Membrino (Brandon), Isaac J Cartier and Ela S. Cartier; and his great grandchildren, Weston M. Scott, Bentley M. Scott, Karter Ty Membrino, Avery A. Wilson and Maverick M. Scott.
