She was predeceased by: her parents, Bertram R. Decker, Sr. and Amelia McCormick Decker of Schenectady; her husband Arnold C. Gillespie; her brother Bertram Decker; and her sister-in-law Joan.
She is survived by: her son David Gillespie (Susan Sabetti); her grandsons, Andrew Gillespie and Brian Gillespie of Hilton Head, SC; her daughter Susan Sayers (Richard Gagnon) of Biddeford, ME; her grandchildren, Courtney Sayers of Aurora, CO and Jeremy Sayers (Ashley Crosby) of Manchester, NH.; her nieces, Kathleen Mack (Charlie) of Schenectady and Patricia Holloway (John) of Maricopa, AZ; and her nephew James Decker (Janiece) of Spring, TX..
