He is survived by: his wife Julie; his daughters, Maureen Quigley and Sheila Pettyjohn (Quigley); his son-in-law Jeff Pettyjohn; his grandchildren, Ethan and Julia; and his siblings, Patricia and Thomas. He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.
