He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Noel and Anne Noel (Willey); his daughter Josie; and his aunt Eileen Noel. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Levier; his daughter Stacy; his grandchildren, Ashley, Megan and Loki; and his great grandchildren, James, Madeline and Caroline.
