He was predeceased by: his parents, Jeffrey and Emelda; his significant other Shirley Ann Kossman of Elkridge; and his son Gerard Thomas. He is survived by: his siblings, Marcel, Theresa, Renald, Maurice and Robert; his sons, William Jeffrey and John Edward; and his grandsons, Billy and Ricky. He is also survived by Many nieces and nephews.
