She was predeceased by: her parents, Demetrios and Voula. She is survived by: her husband George; her children, Philia Maria Hebert (Karl) and James Perkolidis (Sue); her siblings, Vagelis Karakatsanis and Venetia Voutsas; her aunt Harriet Routses; and her cousin Joanne Routses.
In lieu of flowers, donations in Kostoula's memory can be made to St. Demetrios Greek Orthodox Church or Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
