He was predeceased by: his parents, Judge Jose Cruz Vinagre and Zoila America Herrera; and his stepmother Celia Maria Borroto of Cuba. He is survived by: his significant other Joe Hardacre of Biddeford; his brother Captain Eduardo G. Vinagre; his sister-in-law Eileen W. Vinagre; his nieces, Jennifer, Laura and Victoria; and his nephew Edward. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and long-time friends.
